Payment Information
Stuckey Family Chiropractic will file your insurance for you. Your co-pays and/or deductibles are expected at the time of service. Most insurance companies cover chiropractic exams, x-rays, and adjustments but coverage varies so you need to check your policy handbook. We are providers of many insurance companies including: Medicare, Railroad Medicare, Medicaid (Title XIX/Foward Card), Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cherokee/Beechstreet, HealthEOS, Midwest Securties, Auxiant, Cigna, WEA, WPS, United Healthcare and many more. If you do not have insurance, payment may be made by cash, credit card or check. We do offer significant discounts for cash payments at the time of service.
If you are involved in a motor vehicle accident or injured at your workplace, Wisconsin state law say's you have coverage at any chiropractor's office regardless of your insurance plan.
If payment can not be made at time of service, payment plan options are available upon request. Hardship cases will be discussed with Dr. Stuckey.
